For example, while in orientation, the owners personally take you out to lunch both days to make sure they get to know you as a person, not just a driver. You also get to know them and understand they will always be here for you! Plus, you will have dedicated freight, runs, and lanes. You will go to the same places all the time with as many miles as you feel you want to run. You can make as many trips and miles as you want. THE MILES ARE UNLIMITED! As far as home time, that is up to you. You decide how often you need or want to be home. If you run hard when you are out there, you can get great miles and still experience great home time!

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 Months Experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• Be at least 21 years of age
• US Citizen or obtain permanent Immigration and Naturalization Service resident or work status
• Verifiable 1-year OTR driving record

Routes

Home Time & Vacation

• Great Home Time: Direct loads from Florida to the Northeast and Mid-West, return to Florida every other load. If you do an average of 10,000 miles a month, Home time is whenever and however long you want!
• Paid vacation:1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years
• Holiday Bonus Pay: Christmas, New Year's, Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day
